}Create Team
Create a new team within the user's tenant. Authorized for tenant admins (JWT) or a service API key carrying `write:teams` (which is itself mintable only by a tenant admin — see api_keys.py). Always creates the team in the caller's own tenant (`get_tenant_context`).
Create Zettel Note
Create a zettel note directly. Bypasses /memory/add's LLM-classification pipeline so the consumer's explicit `memory_type=zettel` intent is preserved. Tags and title land on the [Zettel] row's top-level properties, queryable via /by-tag and /by-property.
