Get Pipeline State

Get pipeline state for a specific pipeline and run. Returns the current state of all pipeline stages. Requires authentication and operates on user-scoped data.

Get Policy Bundle

Compile this workspace's active decisions into a Stratum policy bundle. Errors: 400 ``invalid_selector`` — a status other than ``active`` was requested. 400 ``workspace_scope_missing`` — the caller has no resolvable workspace. 400 ``workspace_mismatch`` — the compiled bundle is not this workspace's.
