Where a write from this caller would land now, and each lever's candidate. Writes nothing.
S10: a workspace id or name appears only when the caller can use that workspace right now, or when the caller sent
it themselves (an explicit X-Workspace-Id); an unusable one reads inaccessible with no id, whether or not
it exists. context_key is accepted for the wire shape; the context lever ships in WS-ROUTING-6.

}Explain Memory
The complete audit answer for one memory in a single call. Composes identity/origin tier, the transaction-time version audit (with chain hashes), both supersession directions, lineage roots, decision provenance, and live chain verification, in the explain-contract shape. Absent and no-access are both 404 (masked per house auth style).
Export Okf Bundle
Export the caller's workspace memories as a compressed OKF bundle. Requires a workspace admin grant or tenant admin (403 otherwise).
